Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive experiences across mobile applications, web platforms, and internal dashboard interfaces.

• Develop and sustain scalable design systems in Figma that expedite the product development process.

• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and refined UI designs that are ready for engineering execution.

• Convert operational and data-intensive workflows into straightforward, actionable interfaces.

• Quickly iterate on concepts, feedback, and changing product requirements within a lean development framework.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and emerging technologies to enhance workflows, speed up design iterations, and contribute to scalable product development methodologies.

• Manage projects autonomously while ensuring close collaboration with stakeholders across various departments.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee high-quality implementation and maintain robust UX consistency.

• Engage in teamwork with leadership, product managers, and developers throughout an iterative product development cycle.

• Promote a culture of thoughtful, user-centered design throughout the organization.

• Assist in enhancing overall design quality, systems thinking, and workflow consistency as the team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of product design experience, with significant expertise in UI/UX for SaaS, operational platforms, or workflow-oriented products.

• A proven history of designing complex products and workflows in dynamic environments.

• Experience in building and scaling design systems from their inception to maturity.

• Expert-level skills in Figma and contemporary design tools.

• A strong grasp of front-end development principles and engineering limitations.

• Proven experience working closely with product managers, engineering teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• A portfolio that showcases strong UX thinking, interaction design, and measurable business outcomes.

• Ability to work independently and advance projects with minimal guidance.

• Demonstrated capability to thoughtfully integrate AI-driven tools and workflows into product design, research, iteration, or operational efficiency.

• A solid understanding of modern product workflows and an eagerness to explore emerging technologies that impact the future of design and user experience.

• Experience in the real estate industry or familiarity with agent workflows is a significant advantage.
