Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire process from discovery to delivery for both internal and clinician-facing, as well as partner-facing products.

• Transform complex and unclear workflows into user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces.

• Lead UX research and user testing to ensure design choices are based on genuine user needs.

• Develop and sustain a cohesive design system that can scale across various products.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, not just polished mockups.

• Elevate the design standards within the organization by incorporating a strong aesthetic sense and confidently advocating for it.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with a portfolio showcasing outstanding craftsmanship and style.

• Profound knowledge of Figma and contemporary prototyping workflows.

• Experience in designing intricate, workflow-intensive tools.

• Capability to work independently through all stages: research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey design rationale to individuals without a design background.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and experience in a dynamic startup setting with considerable ownership and minimal procedural constraints.

• Experience in healthcare, particularly with clinical, operational, or health plan workflows (preferred).

• Previous involvement in developing design systems at scale (preferred).

• Familiarity with utilizing AI to enhance Product work (preferred).
