Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete product design process: Collaborate with your Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to transform ambiguous challenges into refined, deployed solutions. You will determine the optimal design strategy to meet business objectives.

• Utilize data-driven insights: You won’t operate in isolation. Work together with our UX Research and Analytics teams to formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, and convert user behavior into actionable insights.

• Advance our ecosystem: Promote consistency across portals, widgets, and administrative tools while managing intricate technical interdependencies.

• Harness AI: AI is an integral tool here, not merely an experiment. We anticipate you will actively incorporate AI into your daily tasks, identify how it reshapes challenges, and enhance your expertise. You should already be using AI effectively and understand its value.

• Advocate for accessibility: Design user-friendly, inclusive interfaces that comply with WCAG standards, ensuring our platform is accessible to all.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior experience: Over 5 years of product design expertise, preferably in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or extensive e-commerce environments.

• Systems-thinking portfolio: A robust portfolio of launched products that illustrates your ability to address business challenges, navigate intricate workflows, and assess design impact (include case studies of your approach, not just polished UI images).

• Research & data proficiency: While you're not a full-time researcher, you understand the basics: posing the right questions, monitoring key metrics, and leveraging data to support decisions.

• Cross-functional collaboration: You communicate effectively with engineering and product teams, negotiating compromises without undermining user experience.

• Language skills: Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher to communicate effortlessly within our distributed team.
