Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete product design process: Collaborate with your Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to transform vague challenges into refined, deployed solutions. You will determine the most effective design strategy to meet business objectives.

• Make decisions backed by data: You won’t be working in isolation. Engage with our UX Research and Analytics teams to formulate hypotheses, conduct tests, and convert user behavior into actionable insights.

• Enhance our ecosystem: Foster consistency across portals, widgets, and administrative tools while managing intricate technical dependencies.

• Utilize AI: AI is an essential tool here, not just an experiment. We anticipate that you will actively incorporate AI into your daily tasks, identify areas where it redefines challenges, and enhance your proficiency. You should already be applying AI in meaningful ways and understand where it provides value.

• Advocate for accessibility: Create intuitive, inclusive interfaces that comply with WCAG standards, ensuring our platform is accessible to all users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior experience: Over 5 years of product design experience, preferably in intricate B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce environments.

• Systems-thinking portfolio: A robust portfolio of released products that illustrates how you address business challenges, navigate complex workflows, and assess design impact (include case studies of your approach, not just polished UI images).

• Research & data foundation: While you are not a full-time researcher, you possess the essential skills: asking insightful questions, monitoring relevant metrics, and leveraging data to confirm decisions.

• Cross-functional collaboration: You are fluent in the languages of engineering and product management, balancing trade-offs without compromising user experience.

• Language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher to facilitate smooth communication within our distributed team.
