Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Lead the complete product design process: Collaborate with your Product Owner, engineers, and analysts to transform ambiguous challenges into refined, delivered solutions. You will determine the most effective design strategies to meet business objectives.

• Make decisions based on data: You will not operate in isolation. Team up with our UX Research and Analytics departments to develop hypotheses, conduct tests, and translate user behavior into actionable insights.

• Enhance our ecosystem: Promote consistency across portals, widgets, and administrative tools while managing intricate technical dependencies.

• Utilize AI: AI is a standard tool in our operations, not merely an experiment. We anticipate you will integrate AI into your daily tasks, identify its potential to redefine problems, and enhance your proficiency. You should already be applying AI effectively and understand where it brings value.

• Advocate for accessibility: Create intuitive, inclusive interfaces that comply with WCAG standards, ensuring our platform is accessible to all users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established senior experience: Over 5 years of product design expertise, preferably in complex B2B SaaS, FinTech, or large-scale e-commerce environments.

• Systems-thinking portfolio: A robust portfolio of launched products demonstrating how you address business challenges, navigate complex processes, and assess design impact (including case studies of your methodology, not just polished UI images).

• Research & data proficiency: While you are not a full-time researcher, you understand the essentials: formulating the right questions, monitoring appropriate metrics, and leveraging data to support decisions.

• Cross-functional collaboration: You converse effectively with engineering and product teams, facilitating trade-offs without compromising user experience.

• Language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher to communicate effectively with our distributed team.
