Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design process from inception to delivery across various product domains.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into seamless, high-quality user experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in fast-paced projects.

• Design for user engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (images and videos) to enhance product exploration, in-app experiences, and marketing/growth initiatives.

• Contribute innovative product concepts and original creative ideas.

• Discover opportunities that go beyond the immediate project brief.

• Influence the development of new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and constructive challenges.

• Articulate design rationale clearly and with confidence.

• Collaborate effectively with teams in Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing high-quality digital consumer products.

• Excellent skills in product thinking and interaction design.

• Strong technical proficiency and comfort with AI tools.

• Advanced prototyping abilities — adept at selecting the appropriate method and fidelity (e.g., design tools versus code-based prototypes).

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High aesthetic sensibility and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in navigating independently within ambiguous, fast-paced settings.

• Strong sense of ownership and effective decision-making skills.

• Experience with AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products (Bonus).

• Background in designing monetization/subscription products (Bonus).
