Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process across various product domains, from initial concept through to final delivery.

• Transform intricate product and technical challenges into user experiences that are both intuitive and of high quality.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in rapidly evolving projects.

• Design with a focus on engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale.

• Develop and refine visual content (both image and video) to facilitate product exploration, enhance in-product experiences, and support marketing/growth initiatives.

• Contribute innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Recognize opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project brief.

• Play a role in shaping new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful critique.

• Articulate design reasoning clearly and with confidence.

• Defend design concepts thoughtfully.

• Collaborate effectively with teams in Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Strong product thinking coupled with excellent interaction design skills.

• High level of technical fluency and comfort in utilizing AI tools.

• Proficient prototyping skills — capable of selecting the appropriate approach and fidelity (e.g., design tools versus code-based prototypes) based on the testing question.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High design standards and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in operating independently within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Strong sense of ownership and robust decision-making capabilities.

• Bonus Points: Experience with AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products, design monetization/subscription products, designing for NSFW/adult user experiences, as well as motion and front-end-adjacent experience.
