Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process across various product domains, from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in rapidly evolving projects.

• Focus on driving engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale through design.

• Develop and refine visual content (both image and video) to aid in product exploration, enhance in-product experiences, and support marketing and growth initiatives.

• Generate original product ideas and creative concepts to elevate offerings.

• Recognize opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project brief.

• Influence the development of new features and interaction patterns via proactive exploration.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful questioning.

• Articulate design rationale clearly and with confidence.

• Defend concepts with thoughtful reasoning.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

• Proven experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Exceptional product thinking and interaction design capabilities.

• Strong technical fluency and comfort in utilizing AI tools.

• Proficient prototyping skills — capable of selecting the appropriate method based on the specific question being addressed.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High design standards and strong visual judgment.

• Ability to work independently in ambiguous situations with confidence.
