Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process across various product areas from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in dynamic initiatives.

• Design strategies focused on user engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (both image and video) to enhance product exploration, in-product experiences, and marketing/growth strategies.

• Provide innovative product ideas and creative concepts.

• Recognize opportunities that extend beyond the immediate brief.

• Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful challenges.

• Clearly and confidently communicate design rationale.

• Defend design ideas in a thoughtful manner.

• Collaborate effectively with teams in Product, Engineering, and Leadership.

• Extensive experience in designing high-quality digital consumer products.

• Exceptional product thinking and interaction design capabilities.

• Strong technical fluency and comfort in utilizing AI tools.

• Proficient prototyping skills — adept at selecting the appropriate approach and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs. code-based prototypes) based on the questions being evaluated.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High design standards and robust visual judgment.

• Confidence in operating independently within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Strong sense of ownership and decision-making skills.

• Comfortable engaging with NSFW product experiences.
