Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the design process across various product domains from initial concept to final delivery.

• Convert intricate product and technical challenges into user-friendly, high-quality experiences.

• Maintain a balance between speed, experimentation, and craftsmanship in fast-paced projects.

• Design strategies aimed at engagement, retention, monetization, and large-scale conversion.

• Develop and refine visual content (both images and videos) to enhance product exploration, in-app experiences, and marketing/growth initiatives.

• Offer original product ideas and creative concepts.

• Spot opportunities that extend beyond the immediate project brief.

• Assist in shaping new features and interaction patterns through proactive investigation.

• Advance ideas through experimentation and thoughtful challenges.

• Clearly and confidently articulate design rationale.

• Defend concepts in a reasoned manner.

• Provide constructive feedback when necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in designing high-quality consumer digital products.

• Excellent skills in product thinking and interaction design.

• Strong technical knowledge and comfort with AI tools.

• Proficient in prototyping, with the ability to select the appropriate method and fidelity (e.g., design tools vs. code-based prototypes) based on the testing question.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.

• High design standards and strong visual judgment.

• Confidence in operating autonomously in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• A strong sense of ownership and solid decision-making skills.

• Experience with AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products is a plus.

• Familiarity with creative tools, content workflows, or technical experimentation is an added advantage.
