Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the complete design experience throughout Enertiv's platform.

• Simplify intricate operational, sustainability, and data workflows into intuitive and usable product experiences.

• Facilitate faster engineering processes while providing users with genuine clarity.

• Act as a true steward of design excellence.

• Evaluate success based on the clarity of interfaces and measurable enhancements in user outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design within B2B SaaS or data-intensive software environments.

• Proven track record as a solo or lead designer, managing design across an entire product or platform.

• Proficient in Figma, including skills in component libraries, auto layout, and prototyping.

• Strong UX systems thinking capability — adept at modeling complex workflows with logic, states, and dependencies.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate customer research, analytics, and qualitative insights into product decisions.

• Capable of crafting clear, implementation-ready specifications for engineering teams.

• Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance daily workflows (Figma AI, Claude, Gong synthesis, LLM-assisted design).

• Data-driven decision-making skills; comfortable working with funnels, dashboards, and KPIs (Mixpanel, Amplitude).
