Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Play a vital role in our healthcare initiative as a Product Designer.

• Develop product designs that align with business objectives and genuine user requirements.

• Create user interface designs accompanied by comprehensive style guides.

• Prototype and/or develop animations.

• Oversee expectations, timelines, and budgets in a client-focused setting.

• Take ownership of all UX quality and usability decisions, leveraging AI for prototyping and research synthesis.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain a user-centered design methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.

• A robust portfolio and case studies showcasing your capability to design products based on business objectives and real user needs.

• A comprehensive understanding of design methodologies and the ability to produce UI designs with associated style guides.

• Outstanding attention to detail and proficiency in prototyping and/or creating animations.

• Experience in a client-facing role, with the capacity to manage expectations, timelines, and budgets effectively.

• Ability to utilize AI for prototyping and research synthesis while maintaining responsibility for all UX quality and usability decisions.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1).

• A collaborative team member with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.

• Preferred: Experience in designing and facilitating workshops for clients and colleagues.

• Familiarity with No-Code applications (e.g., Webflow, Framer).

• Understanding of UX metrics and analytics tools such as Hotjar or Usertesting.

• Technical curiosity: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS or experience in 3D design.
