This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will be responsible for creating and refining impactful tools for marketing teams utilizing our Agents product suite. This involves:
• 0-1 innovation: You will be pioneering new products in previously unexplored areas.
• Rapid iteration: Showcase your ideas through quick designs and prototypes, avoiding lengthy presentations.
• Product strategy: Engage directly with customers through research sessions, gather insights from usage data and feedback, and leverage this understanding to steer product direction and prioritization. Your input will influence our development.
• Live collaboration: You will collaborate closely with fellow designers, engineers, and PMs to define product specifics as a cohesive team.
• High growth: We do not expect you to be an expert in everything; rather, we anticipate you will learn quickly.
• 6+ years of experience in designing and delivering user-friendly features or applications in technical domains (preference for B2B data or marketing products).
• Passion for AI: You are constantly experimenting with new technologies and are actively engaged in the AI landscape.
• Craft excellence: Your visual, UI, and interaction design skills are exceptional. You can translate a user problem from concept to a polished, high-fidelity solution.
• Team player mentality: You are kind, humble, and approach situations with the assumption of good intentions. You strive to understand before responding.
• Proficiency in Figma is essential. Familiarity with Cursor, Framer, or Claude Code is an added advantage.
• Weekly critiques: Present your work and receive constructive feedback from relevant stakeholders.
• Design jams: Collaborate with the team on significant projects (color palettes, new patterns, retrospective practices).
• Design system: We have committed to our design system since inception, with an expanding library and regular synchronization with engineering.
• Design cooldown: Participate in bi-weekly sessions where we explore new tools, engage in design exercises, and work on side projects unrelated to our roadmap. Previous activities have included building interactive prototypes in Framer, investigating AI design tools, and collaborative illustration sessions.
