Senior Product Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage 3–5 simultaneous client projects from the initial discovery phase to successful software delivery.

• Act as a trusted advisor to founders, executives, product leaders, and essential client stakeholders.

• Convert unclear business challenges into product requirements, acceptance criteria, priorities, and delivery plans.

• Decompose complex initiatives into milestones while overseeing scope, dependencies, timelines, and engineering capacity.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams throughout the software development lifecycle to eliminate obstacles and ensure clarity in execution.

• Facilitate client discussions regarding priorities, progress, risks, trade-offs, and evolving requirements.

• Proactively identify delivery risks and propose solutions before they impact commitments or client relationships.

• Maintain delivery forecasts and offer leadership visibility across multiple engagements.

• Navigate regulatory, compliance, security, and operational constraints in product and delivery decisions.

• Assist in proposals, estimations, project scoping, and engagement planning alongside company leadership.

• Utilize AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to enhance discovery, planning, documentation, communication, and decision-making.

• Seek opportunities to enhance delivery processes and operational efficiency as the organization grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Delivery, Technical Program Management, or a similar software-centric leadership role.

• More than 3 years of direct engagement with external clients, enterprise stakeholders, or strategic customer accounts.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple software delivery projects simultaneously.

• Hands-on experience within a regulated product company, preferably in insurtech, insurance, healthtech, fintech, or another highly regulated software setting.

• Strong product management capabilities in discovery, requirements definition, prioritization, scoping, and delivery planning.

• Experience navigating regulatory, compliance, privacy, security, risk, or governance requirements during product development.

• Excellent executive presence and capability to challenge requests, communicate trade-offs, and manage expectations.

• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, cloud applications, software architecture concepts, and contemporary software development practices.

• Experience working directly with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Exceptional written communication skills for product documentation, client interactions, and executive-level materials.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

• Practical experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.

• Preferred: experience with insurance or insurtech products, particularly in claims, underwriting, policy administration, or risk-related workflows.

• Preferred: background in regulated products in healthtech, fintech, payments, banking, lending, or related sectors.

• Preferred: experience in both in-house product teams and software consulting, professional services, or digital agencies.

• Preferred: experience managing outcome-based or fixed-scope software engagements.

• Preferred: familiarity with both startup and enterprise environments.

• Preferred: experience leading cross-functional teams in product, engineering, design, and QA.

• Preferred: experience collaborating directly with founders and senior leadership.

• Preferred: experience applying AI in product discovery, requirements gathering, delivery planning, or software development workflows.
