• Develop insights into creators’ locations, ages, and interests on a large scale.
• Establish systems to derive collaborations between creators and brands from unprocessed social data.
• Influence the future of AI-enhanced search by investigating how LLMs and embeddings can improve search and recommendations.

• Proven experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and processing large datasets.
• Comfortable handling unstructured data.
• Familiar with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or AWS Step Functions.
• Knowledge of the AWS ecosystem (Glue, EMR, etc.).

• Reside in Europe with significant overlap in working hours with EET (Tallinn time).
• Practical experience in building agentic/LLM-driven features for production.
• Solid understanding of the trade-offs associated with LLMs (cost, latency, capability).
• ✅ Bonus points if you…
• Have experience with AI/ML tools or LLMs.

• Have a strong commitment to code quality and system design.
• Are interested in the creator economy (we will assist you in getting up to speed).
• Not a fit if...
• Your data engineering background is primarily in analytics or BI (dashboards, internal reporting, warehouse modeling for analysts).
• You have not built and operated data products that are part of a customer-facing application.
• You seek a role centered on stakeholder reporting rather than developing production data systems.
• Fully remote — work from any location in Europe.
• Unlimited paid vacation 🌴.
• Flexible hours — an asynchronous-friendly culture with high ownership, minimal bureaucracy, and no nonsense.
• Support for personal development — courses, books, or conferences covered by us.
• Regular offsites — an opportunity to connect with your team in real life.
