This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.
• Drive insights: Comprehend funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, and long-term trends in the adoption of our products to pinpoint opportunities for significant advancements in specific customer segments.
• Metric Definition: Establish and evaluate key metrics that indicate product success and enable us to monitor the health of product adoption in the markets we serve.
• Growth Opportunities: Detect growth prospects, eliminate obstacles to product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization through quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of insights that reveal how our merchants and consumers interact with Booksy products.
• Reporting: Create, oversee, and refine reports and reporting tools to optimally contribute to the outcomes of the Product Team.
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Teams to assist them in their product-related decisions informed by data.
• Process automation: Spearhead initiatives to automate data management and reporting processes, closely collaborating with Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Engineers to improve efficiency.
• Ownership: Assume responsibility for more complex business challenges, managing them end-to-end with minimal support.
• Collaboration with stakeholders: Engage with senior stakeholders across the organization to grasp their business needs and identify the most effective data/analytics approach to deliver actionable insights from our data.
• Co-responsible for fostering the development of the domain and mentoring junior analysts.
• Extensive experience in an analytical role involving large data sets.
• Proven expertise in working with databases and an excellent command of SQL (BigQuery is a plus) for creating complex queries and analyses.
• Strong background in product optimization or growth initiatives, such as product A/B testing, funnel/website optimization, conversion analysis, and events monitoring.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within the team and with internal stakeholders such as product managers, engineers, UX designers, and data engineers.
• Data-Driven Insights: Demonstrated experience in delivering insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data Visualization: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.
• Educational Background: A higher degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English.
