Senior Product Compliance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.

📋 Description

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of Lively's benefit offerings and act as an internal compliance expert.

• Evaluate marketing materials to ensure compliance with UDAAP regulations.

• Conduct compliance risk evaluations for new product features.

• Assist internal teams in addressing customer escalations and regulatory inquiries.

• Track regulatory changes and create actionable impact assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or benefits administration.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements concerning tax-advantaged accounts (HSA, FSA, HRA).

• Knowledge of the processing of benefit account transactions (ACH, card networks) is an advantage.

• Proven capability to interpret legal advice and convert it into product specifications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to function effectively as an integrated compliance partner.
