This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Oversee the comprehensive governance of the One Genesys Framework sales portfolio.
• Assess and quantify commercial risks, revenue implications, and field preparedness across multiple concurrent programs.
• Create and implement a structured assessment framework for sales readiness.
• Foster alignment among Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Partner teams.
• Deliver synthesized insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to stakeholders at the VP and SVP levels.
• Detect conflicts across initiatives, sequencing risks, and capacity limitations.
• Lead the development of business cases, revenue modeling, adoption projections, and scenario analyses.
• Influence the design of initiatives based on commercial viability, pricing defensibility, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct readiness reviews and ensure stakeholder alignment for effective Sales execution.
• Provide independent, data-driven advice to senior sales leadership.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, business operations, enterprise sales strategy, sales operations, or go-to-market functions.
• Demonstrated progression into strategic advisory roles.
• Experience in complex, matrixed organizations requiring cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency in sales strategy, sales operations, or enablement within enterprise settings.
• Capability to create business cases, financial models, and conduct ROI analyses.
• Skilled in assessing commercial risks and converting insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exercise independent judgment in ambiguous, rapidly evolving situations with competing priorities.
• Background in enterprise software sales or B2B sales operations.
• Familiarity with governance frameworks, portfolio management, or strategic planning on a large scale.
• Advanced skills in project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar applications.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives concurrently.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for engaging with executive stakeholders.
