This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead comprehensive analytical explorations: formulate questions, develop hypotheses, conduct root-cause analysis, and uncover second-order effects.
• Deliver insightful, narrative-driven analyses that guide product decisions beyond mere dashboards or metrics reporting.
• Create tracking plans and instrumentation frameworks; collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
• Establish automated alerting and monitoring systems to highlight health concerns, funnel disruptions, outliers, and behavioral changes in real time.
• Direct the design, execution, and analysis of experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, staggered rollouts).
• Choose and implement suitable statistical methods (frequentist/Bayesian, CUPED, time-series techniques).
• 5–8 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or growth analytics, with substantial experience in product teams.
• Demonstrated success in influencing product roadmaps through data-driven insights.
• Proficient in SQL; experienced with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Strong skills in experimental design and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of event-based instrumentation and telemetry systems.
• Proficient with data visualization tools and dashboards (Looker, Metabase, etc.).
