Senior Product Analyst – P.O.

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and prioritize the backlog, including bugs, enhancements, and technical debts.

• Balance urgent requests with the strategic development of products.

• Serve as a liaison among Support, Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams.

• Convert customer requirements into precise and actionable specifications.

• Guarantee the quality and reliability of deliveries, minimizing regressions.

• Track product and quality metrics such as SLA, bugs, and uptime.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including quick wins and enhancements.

• Communicate the roadmap, progress, and any constraints in a transparent manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in prioritization frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or similar methodologies.

• Experience in maintenance and support roadmaps.

• Ability to define and monitor metrics such as NPS, churn, and SLA.

• Skilled in drafting requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Familiarity with Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

• Experience managing a continuous flow of bugs, enhancements, and regulatory/legal requests.

• Knowledge of flow metrics including lead time, cycle time, and throughput.

• Experience in managing bugs and classifying them by severity.

• Participation in the resolution of critical incidents.

• Understanding of SLAs and conducting post-mortem analyses.

• Familiarity with payroll, tax, or accounting systems.

• Knowledge of (or interest in) labor or tax legislation.

• Ability to analyze product and support data effectively.

• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.

• Proficient in Jira (essential).

• Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, or Notion.

• Strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.

• Negotiation skills and ability to manage expectations.

• Collaborative approach with a customer-centric attitude.

• Ability to decline requests with appropriate justification.
