This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding the product portfolio framework within Salesforce and associated systems, covering aspects such as packaging, SKU availability, product rules, nomenclature, taxonomy, attributes, and lifecycle status.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to establish, quality assure, and enhance SKU structures, product data standards, and operational workflows downstream.
• Assist with SKU launches, modifications, retirements, and substitutions by performing impact analyses across quoting, billing, reporting, procurement, CRM, documentation, and other related processes.
• Identify gaps in workflows, system interdependencies, and operational constraints, while proposing process enhancements aimed at boosting efficiency and minimizing risk.
• Oversee and optimize the operational tools and software suite utilized for supporting product workflows, reporting, quality assurance, and cross-functional collaboration, including platforms related to product management, quoting, user research, reporting, and neighboring business operations.
• Monitor and report on critical product and operational metrics, such as usage, adoption, customer feedback, SKU performance, and data quality; maintain dashboards and periodic reports for stakeholders.
• Evaluate product and CRM data to detect anomalies, integrity concerns, and prospects for enhancing reporting, billing validation, lifecycle management, and decision-making processes.
• Facilitate product launches and alterations by conducting impact analyses, validating system readiness, and collaborating with other teams to ensure successful implementation of portfolio updates.
• Identify or support automation opportunities using APIs, scripting, agentic AI, and workflow tools to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality validation, and repetitive operational tasks.
• Document standards for product structure, reporting logic, data dependencies, operational workflows, and process improvements to foster transparency, repeatability, and team empowerment.
• Produce clear reports, presentations, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, adhering to 11:11’s Code of Business Ethics and Company Values.
• Handle company data and information responsibly according to Company data handling agreements, work procedures, and policies.
• Review and comply with company policies and guidelines, including data privacy practices, annual compliance training certification, and policy acknowledgments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Systems Analysis, Sales Operations, or a similar role within a technology or SaaS environment required.
• Proficient experience with quoting platforms and product configuration workflows; familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and RCA or equivalent quoting tools preferred.
• Strong comprehension of product lifecycle concepts, including launches, change management, sunset planning, replacement mapping, and downstream operational implications.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, encompassing complex formulas, lookups, pivots, data cleansing, modeling, reconciliation, and analytical reporting.
• Experience in creating, managing, and enhancing recurring operational reports utilized for quality assurance, billing validation, or product portfolio analysis.
• Capability to understand system workflows and technical interdependencies across CRM, quoting, billing, reporting, and related business platforms.
• Working knowledge of SaaS business models, cloud services, and vendor-driven product constructs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to draw practical conclusions from both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with Tableau, APIs, scripting, automation tools, or AI-driven workflow enhancements is preferred.
