
Senior Product Analyst – Analytics & Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +2 more countries.
• Transform product data into actionable insights by examining the reasons behind events, their significance, and the subsequent product actions.
• Establish KPIs, success metrics, and measurement strategies in collaboration with Product Managers and stakeholders.
• Analyze customer journeys, funnels, cohorts, adoption rates, engagement levels, retention, churn, and behavioral trends.
• Assess feature performance and facilitate data-driven decisions to enhance, scale, reposition, or phase out initiatives.
• Integrate quantitative insights along with customer, product, and market context during product discovery.
• Question assumptions with evidence and proactively explore anomalies, trends, underperformance, and shifts in customer behavior.
• Assist in formulating hypotheses, success criteria, experiment evaluations, and A/B test analyses.
• Convert intricate analyses into concise narratives, visualizations, recommendations, and decisions.
• Develop leadership reports on product performance, key drivers, risks, progress, and suggested actions.
• Construct analytical frameworks, dashboards, documentation, and self-service tools.
• Mentor Product Managers on metrics, analysis, and interpretation through workshops, office hours, and collaborative efforts.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to influence decision-making.
• Over 4 years of experience in product analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience working directly with digital Product teams.
• Proficient in SQL for exploring and analyzing large datasets independently.
• Familiarity with product analytics or business intelligence platforms such as Mixpanel, Heap, Pendo, Metabase, Amplitude, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of funnels, journeys, cohorts, retention, engagement, adoption, churn, and customer behavior.
• Capability to translate vague business inquiries into structured analyses.
• Skill in differentiating correlation from significant interpretation.
• Comfortable working remotely and proficient in effective communication across teams.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Preferred qualifications: Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, statistical analysis, modern data stacks, data warehouses, transformation tools, event tracking, analytics instrumentation, data governance, product analytics functions, data culture, presentations to senior leadership, Python or R, B2B SaaS, enterprise products, AI products, or complex data-driven platforms.
