This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Take ownership of various intricate automotive projects from initiation to completion, which include CG imagery, 3D/2D animation, configurators, digital product experiences, AR/VR, platform content, and launch asset programs.
• Define project scopes, milestones, budgets, delivery plans, and production models.
• Identify dependencies related to CAD readiness, material data, rendering capacity, localization, integration timelines, and approvals from stakeholders.
• Establish operational rhythms, highlight trade-offs, drive decision-making, and ensure projects progress smoothly.
• Convert creative requirements into actionable production systems and pipelines.
• Organize workflows for vehicle variants, colorways, materials, accessories, camera setups, animations, and interactive behaviors.
• Lead client meetings, reviews, presentations, and escalation discussions across global automotive accounts.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, including brand teams, product teams, agencies, developers, local markets, and vendors.
• Maintain visibility on scope, timing, quality, and commercial realities, providing scenarios when priorities change.
• Enhance planning, tracking, reviewing, and delivery processes for intricate digital automotive projects.
• Strengthen documentation, handovers, feedback loops, tooling, vendor coordination, and review discipline.
• Mentor project managers and coordinators while supporting multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop scalable production models that ensure high-quality assets and digital experiences.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital production, CG, VFX, animation, interactive media, or software/platform delivery environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in overseeing CGI-related tasks.
• Strong understanding of CG asset production, review processes, rendering, post-production, quality assurance, and delivery.
• Familiarity with configurators, online product platforms, AR/VR, mobile applications, or digital product experiences.
• Extensive client management experience with international brands, distributed teams, external vendors, agencies, and production partners.
• Commercial acumen regarding scopes, estimates, resource planning, budgets, hours, change requests, and delivery risks.
• Passion for automotive, motorbikes, or product sectors that involve engineering, design, and visual identity.
• Skills in production leadership, stakeholder management, CG pipeline fluency, interactive delivery, budget control, scope management, vendor coordination, risk tracking, review facilitation, presentation, and documentation.
• Proficient communication skills in English.
