• Manage relationships with fabrication shops directly — specifying builds, independently reviewing and interpreting drawings, and ensuring quality control at all stages from initial sample to final delivery.
• Independently obtain and manage permits across various markets, including street closures, fire marshal approvals, venue-specific requirements, and health and safety compliance.
• Independently manage load-ins and strikes, overseeing freight, trucking coordination, and labor from planning through execution.
• Specify and manage technical production requirements independently across power, rigging, AV, lighting, and interactive or digital elements.
• Take ownership of project budgets independently from initial estimate to final reconciliation, achieving the designated profit margin on every project.

• Collaborate with Operations to monitor projects through the TH process, ensuring all systems are up to date and budgets are tracked in real-time.
• 5-7+ years of experience in experiential marketing or live event production, with a proven history of managing projects from start to finish.
• Demonstrated capability to independently manage complete project lifecycles — from kickoff to reconciliation — without a senior lead overseeing the job.
• Experience managing budgets of $500K or more while handling 3 or more concurrent projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to oversee fabrication shops, read and specify drawings independently, and ensure quality control on custom builds.
• Direct experience with permitting in various markets; knowledgeable in COI requirements, fire marshal processes, and market-specific compliance.
• Practical experience in specifying and managing technical production aspects: power, rigging, AV, and lighting.
• Strong logistics capabilities: experienced in running load-ins, conducting site surveys, and managing crews independently.
• Experience leading teams (coordinators, PAs, crew) and holding team members accountable for their performance.
• Strong budget management skills — capable of building budgets from scratch, tracking them in real time, reconciling actuals, and negotiating with vendors.
• Comfortable managing client relationships independently on-site and during pre-production.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills; thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Possesses a growth mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to navigate uncertainty and solve problems under pressure.

• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Annual performance bonus.
• Comprehensive Medical and Dental insurance.
• 401K plan available after one year of employment.
• Generous paid time-off policy: including holidays, vacation, sick/personal days, and comp days.
