This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Take ownership of the integrated production process from start to finish — creating impactful direct-response advertisements for social media platforms, digital media, and broadcast.
• Shoot, direct, and produce original footage — you're at ease on set and throughout all production phases from pre-production to post-production.
• Create motion graphic explainers and source new content to enhance creative output — this extends well beyond simply editing and arranging pre-existing clips.
• Boost weekly output by producing multiple variations of concepts in a diverse array of sizes and formats.
• Collaborate with the creative team on brainstorming, storyboarding, and developing concepts.
• Rapidly iterate based on performance data — you understand that data can enhance creativity rather than restrict it, and you consistently optimize for various channels and platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams, production teams, external vendors, actors, and talent.
• Develop and manage budgets and timelines, identify and hire third-party vendors, and oversee production costs.
• Strive to improve workflows for production and delivery while also maintaining and contributing to the organization of the asset library.
• Format both new and existing assets to align with the best practices of all media platforms.
• Handle multiple projects concurrently with quick turnaround times and a keen attention to detail.
• You have a passion for producing direct-response content and possess a strong intuition for how editing choices influence user understanding and responses to an advertisement.
• You believe that data can guide creativity rather than constrain it.
• Capable of visualizing and editing various scenarios from a single set of raw video footage.
• Expert-level skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong design sensibility; experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.
• Comfortable working on a production set and involved in all stages from pre to post-production.
• Proficient in presenting complex technical information in an engaging and clear manner.
• Experienced in managing budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and monitoring costs.
• Exceptional time management abilities with the skill to accurately evaluate scope and availability.
• A collaborative communicator who effectively gives and receives feedback and offers a fresh perspective.
