Senior Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the integrated production process from start to finish — creating impactful direct-response advertisements for social media platforms, digital media, and broadcast.

• Shoot, direct, and produce original footage — you're at ease on set and throughout all production phases from pre-production to post-production.

• Create motion graphic explainers and source new content to enhance creative output — this extends well beyond simply editing and arranging pre-existing clips.

• Boost weekly output by producing multiple variations of concepts in a diverse array of sizes and formats.

• Collaborate with the creative team on brainstorming, storyboarding, and developing concepts.

• Rapidly iterate based on performance data — you understand that data can enhance creativity rather than restrict it, and you consistently optimize for various channels and platforms.

• Coordinate with internal teams, production teams, external vendors, actors, and talent.

• Develop and manage budgets and timelines, identify and hire third-party vendors, and oversee production costs.

• Strive to improve workflows for production and delivery while also maintaining and contributing to the organization of the asset library.

• Format both new and existing assets to align with the best practices of all media platforms.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently with quick turnaround times and a keen attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have a passion for producing direct-response content and possess a strong intuition for how editing choices influence user understanding and responses to an advertisement.

• You believe that data can guide creativity rather than constrain it.

• Capable of visualizing and editing various scenarios from a single set of raw video footage.

• Expert-level skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Strong design sensibility; experience with Figma and Adobe Photoshop is advantageous.

• Comfortable working on a production set and involved in all stages from pre to post-production.

• Proficient in presenting complex technical information in an engaging and clear manner.

• Experienced in managing budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and monitoring costs.

• Exceptional time management abilities with the skill to accurately evaluate scope and availability.

• A collaborative communicator who effectively gives and receives feedback and offers a fresh perspective.
