This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ You will be tasked with establishing and nurturing strong, productive relationships with our external partners, ensuring alignment in creative vision, project scope, timelines, and budget.
β’ You will be responsible for ensuring clear visibility across all assigned projects, accurately tracking progress and effectively communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
β’ You will oversee the complete release process, ensuring that games are delivered efficiently, in compliance with standards, and meet the expected quality benchmarks.
β’ Demonstrated experience as a producer in game development or publishing.
β’ Experience collaborating with external studios on various projects and platforms.
β’ Strong comprehension of the complete game development lifecycle.
β’ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
β’ Experience with first-party submissions.
β’ A genuine enthusiasm for playing and understanding video games, particularly in the genres we specialize in.
β’ High proficiency with industry-standard production tools, workflows, and documentation practices.
β’ A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.
β’ Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Data literacy and experience in supporting informed decision-making.
β’ Experience with PC and Console platforms; mobile experience is a significant plus.
