Senior Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with establishing and nurturing strong, productive relationships with our external partners, ensuring alignment in creative vision, project scope, timelines, and budget.

• You will be responsible for ensuring clear visibility across all assigned projects, accurately tracking progress and effectively communicating updates to internal stakeholders.

• You will oversee the complete release process, ensuring that games are delivered efficiently, in compliance with standards, and meet the expected quality benchmarks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a producer in game development or publishing.

• Experience collaborating with external studios on various projects and platforms.

• Strong comprehension of the complete game development lifecycle.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience with first-party submissions.

• A genuine enthusiasm for playing and understanding video games, particularly in the genres we specialize in.

• High proficiency with industry-standard production tools, workflows, and documentation practices.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.

• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

• Data literacy and experience in supporting informed decision-making.

• Experience with PC and Console platforms; mobile experience is a significant plus.
