Senior Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception to completion, utilizing creative, strategic, and insightful methods.

• Develop and actively supervise all components of a project plan to ensure that objectives and expectations are met.

• Deliver value and support throughout the entire project lifecycle by influencing the work, clients, and team through specific and impactful production strategies.

• Possess expert knowledge and curiosity regarding brands, marketing, and top-tier digital execution.

• Balance innovation with practicality in your production methods and assessment of the work being produced.

• Exemplify our proactive work methods. You understand when to take initiative, work independently or collaboratively, and think on varying scales to stay ahead.

• Articulate ideas effectively in both written and verbal communications to foster strong relationships and ensure appropriate actions are taken.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience as a Producer on intricate projects, encompassing marketing, brand strategy, social media, and content execution.

• Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients as well as large, multidisciplinary internal project teams with respect.

• Capacity to “translate” between team/client/work, ensuring that everyone's interests and needs are aligned for successful project completion.

• Proficient in facilitating and actively engaging with digital project management processes, methodologies, and tactics.
