• You are responsible for the success of delivery, production efficiency, and sustainable execution of the studio's portfolio. Collaborating closely with the Studio Head/Creative Director, you will grasp the creative vision, quality expectations, and strategic priorities. You ensure that teams remain focused, aligned, and coordinated while promptly escalating risks, resource shortages, and opportunities to facilitate informed decisions that maintain momentum. You advocate for and uphold the creative intent during execution, ensuring that the final product aligns with the original vision.

• Your role combines production leadership with project oversight and team management. Your success is evaluated based on timely game releases meeting the required quality standards, maintaining healthy and effective teams, appropriate resource allocation, transparency of delivery risks, and the studio's capacity to support parallel game development without compromising quality or team wellbeing.

• - Promoting alignment between the Studio Head/Creative Director and execution teams

• **2 - Team Management & Sustainable Delivery**

• You ensure that teams are structured, organized, and well-supported, working with discipline leads to keep their teams on track, ensuring communication is clear and consistent, while effectively supporting the broader team. You maintain a comprehensive view of personnel deployment, facilitating smooth collaboration and sustainable delivery. You work closely with teams to pinpoint needs, address constraints, and adapt as priorities evolve.

• You actively encourage individual growth and development, assisting team members in skill-building over time, thereby strengthening the overall team. You coordinate with external contractors and partners as necessary to enhance capacity during peak periods, ensuring that delivery standards are met without compromising team wellbeing or focus.

• **Success looks like:**

• - Fostering professional development, contributing to stronger teams over time

• **3 - Reporting, Communication & Risk Management**

• You provide the Studio Head/Creative Director and the Publisher with clear and timely updates on production status, risks that may affect delivery or quality, budget requirements, and advance notice of decisions requiring studio-level, Publisher, or Skeleton Crew input.

• You facilitate communication between the Studio Head/Creative Director and the leadership teams of each game to ensure alignment and minimize surprises.

• **Success looks like:**

• - Concise weekly reports highlighting progress, risks, and required decisions
