This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the entire production process across Audio, Voice Over, Narrative, New User Experience, and Localization.
• Manage timelines, oversee dependencies, and guarantee high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Audio leads, narrative teams, external Voice Over vendors, and localization partners to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee external vendors, contractors, and localization efforts, including contract scope, asset delivery workflows, and review cycles.
• Clarify uncertainties by defining creation workflows, tracking progress, and establishing effective communication channels across various disciplines.
• Facilitate and record decisions and action items from team meetings, discussions, and breakout sessions.
• Keep a well-organized, up-to-date project backlog in Jira.
• Support task organization, prioritization, and tracking within your areas of responsibility.
• Address risks and take charge of any unexpected events that may occur.
• Cultivate team culture by initiating, nurturing, and sustaining positive working relationships across a distributed team.
• Contribute to the overall production organization by sharing process enhancements and tools throughout the studio.
• A minimum of 7 years of production experience, including at least one year as a Senior Producer on a released game title, preferably using Unreal, for PlayStation/PC.
• Direct production experience in one or more of the following domains: Audio, Voice Over, Localization, or New User Experience.
• Proven experience in shipping localization across various languages and regions.
• Familiarity with Voice Over pipeline tools, casting procedures, and script management.
• Strong knowledge of external vendor management, including VO studios, localization vendors, and contractors.
• Proficient in project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira, Miro, and Confluence.
• Exceptional project management capabilities, including task prioritization, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and proactively establishing structure where none exists.
• All positions require up to 10% air travel for Studio/Team Offsites, Team/Studio Events, etc.
