This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Oversee the procurement operations within a portfolio of client accounts and their respective properties.
• Create and implement procurement strategies along with global strategic sourcing roadmaps.
• Direct strategic sourcing initiatives and manage end-to-end eRFPs of varying complexities.
• Ensure the procurement of goods and services is cost-effective.
• Foster relationships with clients, account management teams, suppliers, corporate stakeholders, and other collaborators.
• Supervise supplier audits, business reviews, and strategies for supplier relationship management.
• Execute programs, initiatives, governance processes, objectives, metrics, and KPIs.
• Evaluate account-wide data, benchmarks, market research, case studies, and processes to pinpoint opportunities for value creation.
• Analyze contractual terms and conditions and provide guidance to stakeholders regarding contractual rights, risks, and obligations.
• Implement best practices, policies, processes, tools, and templates for procurement as per company and client standards.
• Maintain data within tracking and reporting tools.
• Utilize AI-driven analytics for resource allocation, workload forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Employ machine learning models to develop supplier scorecards, assess performance trends, and predict potential issues.
• Manage compliance and governance concerning procurement documents.
• Lead or assist in improvement projects and initiatives.
• Carry out change management activities and training sessions.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve issues and complete projects.
• Engage in the ongoing development of team members.
• Execute other related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• An MBA or a related master's degree is preferred.
• Over 7 years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in facilities-related categories.
• Comprehensive understanding of the strategic sourcing process.
• Proficient in e-RFPs, reverse auctions, e-catalogs, and contract management systems.
• Legal acumen with the capability to draft and negotiate agreements and amendments.
• Ability to clarify contract specifics to clients.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Capability to analyze and interpret information, data, and related documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multitasking, results-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
