Senior Procurement Manager – 12-month contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Procurement department, offering operational guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

• Manage procurement processes independently from initiation to contract execution.

• Lead negotiations concerning standard commercial and legal terms utilizing approved templates and guidelines.

• Facilitate reviews with Legal, Information Security, Risk, Finance, and relevant business stakeholders.

• Assist in supplier onboarding and conduct due diligence activities.

• Handle the management of contract renewals, amendments, change orders, and Statements of Work.

• Ensure that procurement activities adhere to company policies and governance standards.

• Maintain the Procurement Engagement Tracker and manage the contract pipeline for reporting purposes to leadership.

• Monitor procurement KPIs, including cycle time and the number of contracts completed.

• Offer guidance to business stakeholders regarding procurement policies and contracting procedures.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance procurement processes through automation and standardization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Contract Administration.

• Proven experience negotiating IT supplier agreements covering SaaS, AI, cloud, hardware, and telecom operations.

• Strong analytical abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, dashboards, reporting, and data analysis).

• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities at the same time.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM), ERP, or procurement platforms (such as GEP, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua) is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
