This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects: Create project charters, develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, oversee milestones and dependencies, and guide teams to successful completion — encompassing both one-time initiatives and ongoing annual programs.
• Innovate work processes: Evaluate current workflows for bottlenecks and inefficiencies, then design and deploy solutions that enhance cycle times and improve operational performance throughout the organization.
• Maintain sharp documentation and governance: Create and update SOPs, process flowcharts, and diagrams — collaborating with functional subject matter experts to ensure documentation remains accurate, up-to-date, and practical.
• Drive intentional change: Develop change management strategies, communication plans, and training rollouts that assist cross-functional teams in adopting new processes and frameworks while maintaining momentum.
• Coordinate incident management: Oversee communications among internal and external stakeholders during incidents and outages, upholding escalation protocols and ensuring that the right information reaches the appropriate individuals promptly.
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects from start to finish, including scope, schedule, risk, budget, and stakeholder communications.
• Previous experience in a Third Party Administrator (TPA), healthcare, or technology-driven organization is highly preferred.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or a comparable certification is advantageous.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project, or similar platforms.
• Experience with process modeling and mapping tools like Visio or BPMN.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and virtual meeting platforms.
