Senior Process Engineer – Dayshift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Provide process engineering design for projects related to water and wastewater treatment, tenders, and operational support tasks.

• Create treatment process solutions tailored to client needs, technical limitations, and project goals.

• Generate process engineering outputs such as P&IDs, calculations, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation.

• Assist projects from the initial concept phase through to delivery, commissioning, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Examine tender specifications, pinpoint risks or non-compliances, and assist in performance guarantee evaluations.

• Work collaboratively with project teams, clients, suppliers, and consulting engineers to achieve effective and commercially viable results.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts, HAZOP activities, mentoring, and wider engineering and quality initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in the water, wastewater, process, or mechanical design industry.

• In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, hydraulic calculations, P&IDs, and process flow development.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting process engineering throughout project delivery, tenders, and commissioning phases.

• Strong commercial insight with the ability to identify technical risks, opportunities, and practical design solutions.

• Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for handling multiple priorities effectively.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary engineering and construction project teams.
