Senior Process Consultant – Mineral Processing, Plants, EPC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead customer discovery efforts to gain insights into flowsheets, KPIs, constraints, and performance gaps.

• Diagnose plant challenges through on-site evaluations, data analysis, and engagement with operators.

• Design and execute structured sampling and diagnostic initiatives (safe, disciplined, and decision-grade).

• Convert findings into clear, actionable improvement recommendations.

• Conduct technical workshops with operators, site leadership, and senior stakeholders.

• Coordinate internal technical resources, including testwork programs and engineering studies.

• Create high-quality technical reports for customers in professional English.

• Show visible safety leadership and ensure full compliance at the site.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in mineral processing, metallurgy, or plant performance consulting.

• Strong expertise in gravimetric circuits (mandatory).

• A proven history of diagnosing plant issues and facilitating performance enhancements.

• Experience in leading sampling campaigns and translating data into actionable decisions.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout North America.
