Senior Process Associate – Customer Service, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

• Utilizing time efficiently and prioritizing daily tasks effectively.

• Sharing relevant insights gained from customer interactions with all team members.

• Participating in training sessions.

• Coordinating work schedules with colleagues flexibly, based on business requirements.

• Successfully completing the training program and regularly passing the process knowledge test (PKT).

• Assisting new colleagues whenever possible.

• Notifying process trainers and management of any outdated information in standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Proficiently using tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint according to business and process needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch (C1) and English (B2).

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.

• Capable of analytical thinking and self-motivation.

• Relevant experience in telephone customer service is essential.

• High motivation and a willingness to learn are necessary.

• Ability to perform under time constraints.
