Senior Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive process investigations utilizing interviews, documentation, and metrics to develop hypotheses and conduct root cause analyses.

• Outline business rules, exceptions, controls, roles, responsibilities, approval limits, and interfaces.

• Redesign processes and create feasible operating models.

• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in processes, data, systems, and governance.

• Lead workshops and collaborative sessions with business units and specialized teams.

• Assist in prioritizing and implementing enhancements.

• Establish metrics and methods to evaluate the effectiveness of changes.

• Convert business challenges into actionable recommendations.

• Develop well-supported executive materials for leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing intricate, cross-functional processes in loosely structured environments.

• Skilled in root cause analysis, mapping controls and exceptions, and interpreting databases and metrics.

• Proven history of collaborative work with Business, Data, or Technology sectors.

• Proficient in BPMN, Lean, Design Thinking, or discovery methodologies.

• Familiarity with tools such as Miro and Jira.

• Experience in projects that amalgamate processes, data, controls, and systems.

• Background in insurance, healthcare operations (including the Unimed ecosystem), or other highly regulated, complex industries.

• Previous involvement in initiatives aimed at operational efficiency, risk management, or governance improvements.

• Capability to rapidly grasp new contexts, integrate information from various sources, and operate with a high degree of autonomy.

• Proficient in leading sensitive discussions, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and supporting conclusions with robust evidence.
