Senior Private Client Compliance Manager – Trust Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of a varied portfolio of trusts and estates, serving as the reliable adviser and primary contact for clients, trustees, and professional intermediaries.

• Oversee a portfolio of UK trusts and estates, providing an exceptional client experience.

• Review and supervise trust tax returns and annual compliance responsibilities.

• Examine trust accounts to ensure that all reporting obligations are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

• Assist Partners and Directors with trust planning, inheritance tax planning, and broader private client advisory initiatives.

• Manage the administration of trust accounts.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party advisers.

• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, enabling them to enhance their technical and commercial abilities.

• Spot opportunities to provide value and deliver proactive advice that truly impacts clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess substantial experience in managing trusts, estates, and related tax issues.

• Strong understanding of trust taxation, inheritance tax, and estate administration.

• Experience in reviewing trust accounts and managing annual trust compliance procedures.

• Exceptional client relationship management skills and the assurance to act as a trusted adviser.

• Capability to lead, coach, and develop junior team members.

• CTA, STEP, or equivalent qualification/experience.
