This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Responsible for driving design wins and introducing new products within the target account.
• Facilitate customer visits for technical product presentations, demonstrations, and the deployment of product value propositions.
• Integrate insights from customers, product positioning, and competitive analysis to enhance product definitions and roadmaps.
• Manage project design campaigns to ensure early engagement in the customer’s technology roadmap and ensure continuous, timely communication with all relevant parties.
• Assess design opportunities and establish the value proposition and positioning in relation to competitors.
• Advocate for the product's strengths versus competing products and quantify the technical advantages of selecting Nexperia.
• Oversee the block diagram process to guarantee comprehensive selling of Nexperia systems.
• Supervise and take responsibility for all design win goals and design funnel management.
• Provide ongoing formal and informal knowledge sharing and product positioning to help assigned accounts grasp the operational, financial, and business implications of Nexperia solutions in the automotive sector.
• Effectively cultivate relationships with sales, business lines, and customers (engineering and management) to support the sales team's objectives.
• Collaborate with product teams on new product concepts and developments.
• Assist in training Field Sales Engineers on new technologies, product features, and their associated business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Master’s degree (MSEE) preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrification design within EV and/or industrial applications.
• Technical expertise related to power applications, including Electrification, ECUs, BCMs, and/or power supplies/management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage effectively with relevant stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Americas Semiconductor Market, including reference design influence and transnational accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Discrete Semiconductors, such as MOSFETs, ESD protection, Logic, analog, and power management ICs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, results-driven, and customer-oriented.

• Willingness to travel, primarily within the western United States (10%), and occasionally internationally as required.
