Senior Principal Electrical Integration Engineer – Data Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Participate in the design, manufacturing, and integration of electrical systems for power and cooling solutions in data centers.

• Oversee and manage the crucial electrical systems that support data centers, energy storage solutions, and HVAC systems.

• Create specifications, choose essential components, route wiring and cabling, make connections, and facilitate the transition of design to production.

• Direct the implementation of testing processes and ensure that equipment is aligned to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and dependability.

• Design and validate three-phase power systems, focusing on load balancing, fault protection, and redundancy strategies for environments requiring high availability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.

• Over 10 years of experience in electrical design and manufacturing, specifically in data center or industrial power systems.

• Expertise in ECAD tools (such as AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical) and their integration with mechanical CAD platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of medium and high voltage power distribution, lithium-ion UPS systems, and three-phase electrical infrastructure.

• Familiarity with electrical analysis tools (including ETAP, SKM PowerTools, EasyPower).

• Demonstrated experience in facility-level electrical design and construction support.
