This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee client accounts, spearhead business expansion, and manage critical projects from inception to completion.
• Nurture long-lasting relationships with senior clients to enhance Scimitar’s market presence.
• Drive business development initiatives by recognizing client needs and securing new projects.
• Manage intricate client engagements, ensuring that projects yield outstanding outcomes.
• Formulate and execute high-level strategies that align with clients' business goals.
• Leverage advanced data-driven insights to tackle significant client challenges.
• Establish and sustain trusted relationships with senior-level clients.
• Clearly articulate complex ideas and strategic recommendations to senior executives.
• Lead cross-functional teams while mentoring junior staff members.
• Proactively identify new growth opportunities within client accounts.
• Guide teams through dynamic project environments, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and professional development.
• Over 10 years of experience in business management or consulting.
• At least 7 years of experience in the life sciences industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Analytics, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
• Fluency in English.
