This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer subject matter expertise to enhance Spectro Clouds' primary use cases and best practices for KaaS, Bare Metal, Edge, and virtualization for our largest enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with fellow Solution Architects and provide guidance to customers during the Proof of Value (PoV) process.
• Deploy and configure Palette in cloud environments, on-premises, and at the edge to facilitate pre-sales initiatives.
• Support the Customer Success teams in transitioning new customers from the pre-sales phase to post-sales.
• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering.
• Familiarity with SaaS and intricate self-hosted deployment architectures.
• Extensive experience with Canonical MaaS, bare-metal deployments, physical hardware, Linux operating systems, and virtualization hypervisors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of VMware and Kubevirt virtualization platforms, including VM migrations.
• Proficiency in enterprise cloud-native storage solutions such as Dell, Hitachi, NetApp, Pure, Rook-Ceph, and their associated Container Storage Interfaces (CSIs).
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, with a preference for Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification, and experience in both bare metal and cloud-managed Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with K8s ecosystem components and cluster integration.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools including Terraform, Git, Helm, and YAML.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On and role-based access controls.
• Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills in English.
