This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Facilitate technical discussions with potential clients
• Provide engaging product demonstrations
• Perform threat analysis and forensics
• Oversee technical evaluations (POVs) to ensure successful outcomes
• Offer extensive pre-sales and post-sales assistance to DTEX customers, partners, and sales personnel
• Create and revise pre-sales documentation
• Produce SE training videos
• Keep technical materials and white papers up to date
• Conduct routine customer evaluations to assess policy effectiveness
• Investigate and analyze emerging threat trends and patterns
• Thorough understanding of Insider Risk Management (IRM)
• Extensive knowledge of insider risk scenarios and mitigation tactics
• Experience with IRM platforms and competing solutions
• Awareness of IRM market trends and the competitive landscape
• Profound technical expertise with over 5 years of experience in:
• - Cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)
• - Endpoint / Network / System Security
• - DLP, UAM, and UBA
• - SIEM platforms and their integration
• - Metadata systems
• - CASB
• Understanding of the emerging threat landscape related to agentic AI and AI-assisted user behavior
• Capability to discuss AI-related risks, controls, and use cases with both technical and non-technical audiences
• At least 3 recent courses/certifications completed in the past 12 months
