• Establishes, maintains, and enhances the practice offerings to align with business goals, the strategic development roadmap, and client requirements.
• Develops, improves, and implements practice offerings tailored to specific client needs and to capitalize on market opportunities.
• Engages with sales teams, account management, and clients to determine the most suitable practice offerings that meet distinct client needs and strategic objectives.
• Advises clients on key technology initiatives within a specific practice area.
• Acts as a pre-sales support specialist as needed, collaborating with sales and account management to generate and finalize sales opportunities. This may encompass crafting proposals/statements of work, negotiating pricing, planning engagement projects, and delivering presentations to prospects.
• Works closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, development, sales, and senior management, to define and support the designated practice area.
• Cultivates relationships, outlines consulting engagements to fulfill relationship needs, and promotes the initiative.
• Sustains high-quality client relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to obtain referrals for new clients and ensure exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identifies opportunities for business process enhancements to boost efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Guarantees that the practice offers industry thought leadership.
• Mentors and develops team members to enhance practice knowledge within the services organization.
• Investigates and resolves critical issues related to the practice promptly and professionally.
• Delivers technical and business domain expertise.
• Engages directly with clients and may require travel to client locations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Experience with Systematics or Profile in a technical or business capacity.
• Exceptional organization, team-building, coaching, mentoring, project management, and time management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the assigned practice area and related business.
• Extensive understanding of the financial services industry and associated practice specialties.
• Strong financial management and planning capabilities.
• Requires a long-term vision and executive presence.
• Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to exercise judgment in decision-making processes and tasks related to the job.
• Requires outstanding skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in writing in a clear, concise, and professional manner, including during presentations.

• Demonstrated success in building relationships.
