This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns aimed at lead generation.
• Create and enhance campaign structures based on intent, geographic data, and performance metrics.
• Perform continuous search term analysis and establish robust negative keyword strategies.
• Monitor Auction Insights, impression share, and competitive positioning.
• Lead keyword research, craft high-performing ad copy, and ensure creative alignment with optimized landing pages to boost conversions.
• Drive the development of campaign structures, A/B testing, and automation strategies to enhance performance.
• Utilize GA4 and Google Search Console to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities.
• Assess performance based on actual CPA and signed cases rather than just CPL.
• Track lead flow and evaluate lead quality across various platforms.
• Collaborate with the intake team to identify trends and suggest enhancements to lead targeting and advertising strategies.
• Oversee landing page enhancements and efforts to optimize conversion rates.
• Manage PPC reporting, including weekly and monthly performance and lead quality reports, ensuring accurate data collection across campaigns.
• Organize and analyze marketing data using tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Coordinate with external lead generation partners by managing assets, providing feedback, and tracking lead outcomes.
• Offer strategic recommendations on budget allocation and channel mix to the Growth Marketing Director.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to PPC best practices, testing frameworks, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Over 5 years of practical experience managing Google Ads for lead generation.
• Demonstrated experience in high-CPC sectors such as legal, medical, or financial services.
• In-depth understanding of bidding strategies, match types, and advanced performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to analyze data and make independent strategic decisions based on performance trends.
• Proven track record of scaling lead generation campaigns while improving true CPA.
• Advanced proficiency in GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, and Excel.
• Familiarity with landing page testing tools (e.g., Unbounce, VWO) and CRM tracking systems.
• Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, accountable, and ownership-driven approach to performance.
• Ability to excel in and help establish the pace in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Google Ads certification is preferred.
