Senior Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assume technical ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, guiding their strategic advancement.

• You will design the technical architecture and make informed decisions regarding design, data models, and integrations.

• You will design, implement, and manage applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365, including custom extensions.

• You will collaborate with business analysts to analyze business requirements, assess them technically, and formulate sustainable solutions.

• You will develop integrations with other systems to ensure a stable and scalable data exchange.

• You will guarantee quality through structured testing, releases, and effective lifecycle management.

• You will identify optimization opportunities in existing solutions and focus on their continuous development.

• You will serve as the primary contact for complex technical issues and contribute your expertise to the team.

• You will support colleagues as a sparring partner and share best practices within the team.

• You will work closely with colleagues from Data, BI, and Power Platform, contributing to a cohesive system landscape.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform in a production setting.

• Strong comprehension of Dataverse, data models, and role/permission structures.

• Experience with Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate.

• Knowledge of extending Dynamics solutions, including C#, .NET, or REST APIs.

• Experience with integrations and interfaces, along with a solid understanding of system interdependencies.

• Ideally, familiarity with Azure Functions.

• Proficient in managing deployment processes, testing, and release management.

• Capable of analyzing complex technical subjects in a structured manner and communicating them effectively.

• An agile mindset with experience in Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about actively shaping and developing topics.

• Business-fluent in German (C1/C2).
