Senior Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Plan sprints, allocate tasks among Middle/Junior developers and analysts.

• Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical retrospectives.

• Provide mentorship and onboarding for new team members, and conduct training sessions.

• Establish project backlog management processes (Planner).

• Create technical documentation and development standards (naming conventions, solution structure, error handling patterns).

• Design the architecture of low-code enterprise solutions based on Power Platform (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Develop an Environment Strategy (Dev → UAT → Production), ALM, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Integrate solutions with corporate systems: SharePoint, SQL Server, Microsoft Graph API, Azure.

• Enhance the corporate chatbot FIXIT based on Copilot Studio with generative orchestration and integration with the Knowledge Base.

• Implement AI Builder solutions, assess, and pilot Microsoft Foundry tools.

• Gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders (B2B, IT, HR, Compliance, PR).

• Decompose requirements into User Stories / Tasks with clear acceptance criteria and effort estimation.

• Develop technical specifications and Solution Design Documents.

• Create a 3-year development roadmap for the Power Platform direction.

• Establish KPIs for the team and prepare regular reports for management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with Microsoft Power Platform.

• Power Apps (Canvas + Model-Driven) – in-depth knowledge of Power Fx, responsive design, component libraries.

• Power Automate (Cloud + Desktop flows) – complex automations, error handling.

• Dataverse – data modeling, security roles, business rules, calculated/rollup fields.

• REST API / Microsoft Graph API – integration with corporate systems, Custom Connectors.

• CI/CD / ALM – Azure DevOps or Power Platform Pipelines, managed solutions.

• SQL – querying Dataverse / SQL Server.

• Higher education in IT, computer science, or related fields.

• PL-400 – Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).

• Fluent in Ukrainian.

• Proficient in English – B1+ (reading documentation, communication with vendors).
