Senior Power BI Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance strategic dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI;

• Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and analytical integrity of solutions;

• Construct and refine data models by employing best practices in dimensional modeling (Star Schema) and DAX;

• Execute queries, data extractions, and analyses using SQL;

• Convert business requirements into clear, actionable analytical solutions;

• Independently manage requests and prioritize deliverables;

• Engage in agile ceremonies and collaborate within Scrum environments;

• Assist stakeholders in comprehending KPIs, metrics, and strategic analyses;

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and data structures;

• Maintain organized technical documentation and ensure transparency in deliverables;

• Share expertise and contribute to the technical development of the team;

• Suggest alternative, viable solutions for technical and business challenges;

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Data Analyst;

• Advanced skills in Power BI;

• In-depth knowledge of DAX and dimensional modeling (Star Schema);

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases;

• Experience with Databricks for data manipulation and processing;

• Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;

• Knowledge of agile project management tools such as Jira Software;

• Capability to work independently with a strong sense of priority;

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities;

• Skill in translating technical topics into business language;

• Organized approach with an emphasis on processes and documentation;

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for problem-solving;

• Collaborative attitude and eagerness to share knowledge;

• Differentials:

• Familiarity with Figma for collaboration and understanding flows/prototypes;

• Experience in the Insurance sector;
