Senior Platform Product Manager, Risk Decisioning Platform/Scoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the vision and roadmap for policy development and testing tools, execution engines, data source connectors, and content management interfaces.

• Conduct customer development with internal stakeholders (risk analysts, risk engineers, domain product teams) personally, from interviews to validated problem statements.

• Perform the complete analysis cycle hands-on: requirements and business analysis, problem decomposition, and solution options with trade-offs—utilizing the team and LLM tools where beneficial, including exploring the codebase.

• Propel the self-service target state and oversee the platform's key metrics: lead time for content delivery, self-service coverage, SLA, user CSAT, and more.

• Prioritize a unified backlog across Risk B2C, Risk B2B, and product streams based on quantified impact.

• Collaborate daily with engineering on architectural trade-offs.

• Prototype hands-on, including utilizing LLMs—validate concepts before consuming engineering resources; design and automate internal processes.

• Own platform OKRs and be accountable for them at the C-level.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Platform/Technical PM for internal platforms: decision engines, risk/credit decisioning platforms, BRMS, rule engines, Internal Developer Platforms (IDP), antifraud, or scoring platforms.

• Knowledge in Scoring/Risk/Antifraud domains within Fintech/Banking.

• You have independently defined product vision—set direction, advocated for it, and delivered results. Executing stakeholder-defined roadmaps is not a suitable match.

• You conduct discovery and analysis personally, not through delegation: customer development, requirements, business analysis, and high-level solution design.

• Nice to have: previous experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager, always alongside Product Management experience.

• Strong capabilities in problem identification and prioritization under demand versus capacity, with concrete examples of initiatives halted and the rationale behind them.

• Familiarity with metrics trees for internal platforms with indirect value chains.

• Ability to navigate a codebase (LLM assistance is acceptable) to comprehend how the product functions.

• Practical LLM experience: workflow automation, prototyping with LLM APIs, or agent tools. "Used ChatGPT for emails" does not qualify.

• Capability to evaluate whether a proposed technical solution fulfills requirements.

• Experience in assessing the technical quality of a product and its delivery processes, including technical monitoring and reliability practices.

• Proficient in English (B2+); capable of defending decisions and trade-offs at the C-level across culturally diverse, globally distributed teams.

• Strong leadership abilities and skills in cross-functional collaboration.
