This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Become a part of our expanding and knowledgeable product team, dedicated to addressing significant challenges for our users, and always prepared to offer support.
• Establish trusted connections with our users to gain a comprehensive understanding of the domain and the hurdles they encounter with Salesforce. Take ownership of one or more product areas, outlining the strategy and roadmap.
• Engage in the segment of our product where human and AI agents collaborate to initiate changes, and help us comprehend the implications for the users.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and UX specialists to investigate, comprehend, and resolve the issues you uncover.
• Work alongside Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success throughout the product lifecycle to influence the introduction of new capabilities to the market, while remaining attuned to customer discussions that guide our future developments.
• Partner closely with Engineering teams to define slices, deliver them incrementally, and learn through the process.
• You will take ownership of user issues from start to finish, establishing important outcomes, researching and validating solutions, delivering incrementally, and ensuring that your developments reach the intended beneficiaries.
• Remain attentive to essential signals, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to understand customer feedback and utilizing those insights to guide our future builds.
• Propel commercial results by collaborating on the go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, defining the Ideal Customer Profile, key pain points, value proposition, and positioning statements, including packaging and pricing. This includes actively working with sales to help customers grasp the value of our offerings and being a crucial part of that journey.
• Ultimately, you will take charge of a problem area, articulating the strategy, defining its roadmap, and showcasing the customer and business impact of executing that roadmap.
• You will connect various teams, integrating efforts from our other products and working closely with teams developing our agentic capabilities, as this domain incorporates more of the DevOps lifecycle.
• Support the product team and the broader company in refining our product definition and development processes, while advocating for product-focused thinking.
• Learn from and share your experiences with a talented team from diverse backgrounds in a feedback-driven culture that enables you to perform at your best.
• You have a curiosity for deeply understanding customer problems and utilize evidence, research, and frameworks such as "Jobs to be Done" to identify the most critical elements.
• You have successfully guided products or substantial capabilities through discovery, validation, delivery, and launch, closely collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing.
• You enjoy engaging with users and transforming research into clear priorities, product decisions, and compelling narratives that inspire others.
• You excel in collaborative settings, forging strong relationships across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• You are comfortable working in an iterative manner, leveraging customer feedback and data to learn swiftly, adapt, and continually enhance your product area.
• Experience in developing products within B2B SaaS, preferably in the DevOps or developer tooling space.
• A keen interest in AI, agents, and their impact on how software is developed and released.
• Salary ranges from £70k to £90k (based on experience).
• This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work from home (for most, this means a few days per month in the office).
