Senior Platform Manager, Trust and Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Developing the vision and strategy for Trust & Safety products and platforms

• Leading a collaborative team of engineers, data scientists, designers, and policy specialists

• Managing the product backlog and overseeing the product roadmap

• Establishing goals and success metrics with clearly defined objectives and key results

• Fostering alignment among product teams and Leadership/Executive teams

• Identifying potential bottlenecks, making trade-offs, and balancing business, customer, and technical requirements

• Presenting the product roadmap and updates to business and Airbnb leadership

• Assessing new product opportunities and proposing new capabilities

• Formulating short-term plans that are in line with long-term objectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management

• Previous experience in product, operations, or engineering related to trust, safety, risk, or fraud

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience in developing machine learning products or in technical product management

• Proficient in design and hypothesis-driven product development

• Entrepreneurial spirit to meet ambitious goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Outstanding collaboration, partnership, and influence skills across various locations and time zones
